INTEGRATION

The new A8 has completely integrated cable routing for both mechanical and electronical shifting. This was achieved by our engineers without any compromise on shifting or braking quality, as well as on the stiffness of the headset. On top of that it will be surprisingly easy for mechanics to change cables and maintain the bike.

AERODYNAMIC CONSTRUCTION

The core of the ICAN A8’s aerodynamic construction is its patented airfoil design Technology. Thanks to its new fork design and integrated cable routing the air drag got further minimalized.

NEW FORK

The fork got completely redesigned to allow fully integrated cable routing and to guarantee perfect airflow to reduce the drag even further.

STRONGER BB DESIGN

The frame adopts the press-fit BB86 bottom bracket,can provide higher rigidity,the hidden cable design also can reduce the impact
on BB rigidity.The BB adopts the round shape design,the carbon fiber stack is more smooth and flat, to ensure the maximum
performance of carbon fiber near the BB.

COMFORT ZONE CONSTRUCTION

The A8 features a low seatstay attachment which in combination with a modified and noticeably thin seatstay shape leads to a smooth riding experience even on rough roads. The focused approach to improve comfort on the A8 resulted in a sizeable increase in vertical compliance.

HEAD TUBE

The head tube on the A8 features a head-to-toe aero profile with excellent aerodynamic properties especially at low yaw angles.The shape of the leading edge is optimized with additional carbon layers in order to be as aerodynamic as possible. Furthermore,an aero profile ensures the perfect transition between the frame and the fork for maximum aerodynamic performance.

SEAT POST

The A8 features a perfectly integrated seat post clamp and a neat transition between the seat-tube and the seat post to maximize aerodynamic efficiency while maintaining utility. The proprietary seat post follows the aerodynamic tube shapes of the frame.
